Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Lead - Python located in Ahmedabad. The Technical Lead will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality Python-based applications, leading a team of developers, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean and efficient code, conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python programming and related frameworks
• Experience in leading development teams and managing projects
• Strong understanding of web application development and database design
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in IT services or relevant industry domains is a plus
