Technical Lead

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience leading full-stack teams with expertise in:
• Backend: Java, Python, Node.js (REST / GraphQL, APIs, microservices)
• Frontend: Any Typescript framework, React.js, Flutter (mobile/web apps)
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, distributed systems, and design patterns.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring tools.
• Exposure to AI/ML applications and ability to embed AI-led practices in engineering.
• Strong focus on application security, data protection, and governance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and align with stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with event-driven systems, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL, Graph DBs).
• Prior involvement in building AI-enabled products or applying AI in developer workflows.

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead who is passionate about building scalable, secure, and intelligent digital platforms or enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring expertise across backend (Python, Node.js, Java), frontend (any technology like Angular/React, Flutter/React Native), and guide teams in adopting microservices, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, and AI-led development practices. While this role is hands-on in terms of guidance, design, and reviews, day-to-day coding is not the primary expectation. Instead, the Tech Lead will enable, mentor, and ensure best practices across teams.
