Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CIMCII and Contact Center Advisory Services. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on IT Consulting and Analytics. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions using CIMCII to enhance contact center operations.
  • Oversee the integration of Contact Center Advisory Services to optimize customer interactions and improve service delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges in IT Consulting and Analytics.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for technical processes and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of projects by coordinating with stakeholders and managing resources effectively.
  • Conduct regular assessments of technical solutions to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge in relevant technologies.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of technical solutions.
  • Support the development of strategic plans for technology initiatives aligning them with company objectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing necessary changes.


Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in CIMCII and Contact Center Advisory Services demonstrating a strong technical acumen.
  • Have a background in IT Consulting and Analytics showcasing the ability to apply domain knowledge effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills essential for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Show a commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges in a timely manner.
