Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of modern web-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in MERN stack, deep understanding of solution architecture, and hands-on experience working with AWS cloud services. You will bridge the gap between business goals and engineering execution, ensuring successful product development lifecycle management using Agile methodologies and JIRA.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own product roadmaps, strategy, and release plans aligned with startup goals.

•Work closely with founders, engineers, and designers to build scalable MERN stack applications.

•Translate product vision into clear, actionable requirements (user stories, epics, tasks).

•Architect high-level solutions with engineering leads, ensuring AWS-native design and scalability.

•Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery using JIRA.

•Make data-driven product decisions and prioritize based on customer feedback and business impact.

•Ensure performance, security, and DevOps best practices are embedded in product delivery.

Required Qualifications

•7–10 years of experience in product/technical roles within web development.

•Proven experience managing full-stack web apps using MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js.

•Strong understanding of AWS Cloud (S3, EC2, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.).

•Excellent command of Agile delivery processes and tools like JIRA.

•Comfortable with microservices, REST APIs, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.

•Exceptional problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and ownership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering or architecture background.

• Familiarity with React.js, Next.js, Redux, GraphQL, or similar frontend/backend enhancements.

• AWS certification (e.g., Solutions Architect) is a strong plus.

• Experience working in lean, agile startup teams.
