Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the

  design, development, and implementation

  of custom SharePoint solutions and .NET applications supporting internal legal and business operations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to

  gather, analyze, and translate requirements

  into clear technical specifications and solution designs.
• Develop and enhance SharePoint components including

  web parts, workflows, site templates, event receivers, and custom integrations

  using CSOM/JSOM/REST APIs.
• Build and maintain

  secure, scalable, and high-performance .NET applications

  with best practices in architecture, optimization, and documentation.
• Mentor and guide junior developers by conducting code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and driving agile development practices.
• Serve as the

  primary point of contact

  for application support, issue resolution, enhancements, and continuous system improvements.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for

  CI/CD, deployments

  , and environment management using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Ensure adherence to

  security, compliance, and governance standards
