Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience in .Net Programming including C# .Net and .Net Core. The role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on developing and implementing innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing our technological capabilities and driving impactful projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of software applications using .Net technologies to meet business requirements.
Oversee the implementation of best practices in coding and software development to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with project goals.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Develop and maintain robust scalable and efficient code to enhance system performance and user experience.
Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing resources effectively and adhering to project timelines.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency in projects.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
Implement security measures and best practices to protect data integrity and confidentiality.
Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.
Document technical specifications and project progress to ensure transparency and accountability.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in .Net Programming including C# .Net and .Net Core.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within set timelines.
Show proficiency in implementing best practices in software development and coding standards.
Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor a team fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Certifications Required

Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or equivalent certification in .Net technologies.
