About the Role

Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable backend solutions.
Define and implement solution architecture and enterprise architecture aligned with financial services standards.
Oversee sprint planning, manage cross-functional teams, and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
Design and develop distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using
Keycloak
.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in
Java
,
Spring Boot
, and
Microservices
development.
Strong knowledge of
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
principles.
Experience with
API Development
and
Redis
.
Architecture Knowledge:
Familiarity with solution and enterprise architecture in financial services.
Leadership:
Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage sprints, and mentor developers.
Specialized Experience:
Designing and implementing IAM solutions using
Keycloak
.
Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-level design principles.
