Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Lead where you will leverage your expertise in Service Now Cognizant Automation Center Ansible and PowerShell to drive innovative solutions. With a hybrid work model and rotational shifts you will play a crucial role in enhancing our automation processes and improving operational efficiency. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions using Service Now Cognizant Automation Center Ansible and PowerShell to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Oversee the integration of various automation tools to ensure seamless workflows and optimal performance.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop strategies to address them.
Monitor and analyze system performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary enhancements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all automation initiatives.
Conduct regular assessments of automation tools and technologies to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and drive continuous improvement.
Support the development and execution of test plans to validate automation solutions and ensure quality outcomes.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the organizations automation capabilities.
Provide timely and effective troubleshooting and resolution of automation-related issues.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in Service Now demonstrating the ability to design and implement complex workflows.
Have extensive experience with Cognizant Automation Center showcasing skills in developing and managing automation scripts.
Demonstrate proficiency in Ansible with a proven track record of successful automation deployments.
Exhibit advanced knowledge of PowerShell capable of scripting and automating tasks efficiently.
Show a solid understanding of hybrid work models and the ability to adapt to rotational shifts.
Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Certifications Required

Certified ServiceNow Administrator Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation
