Job Title: Senior Tech Lead | Principal Consultant

Job Overview:

The Senior Tech Lead will drive the technical direction and deliver impactful projects across multiple domains, including Frontend, Backend, AI/ML, and DevOps.

This role involves overseeing technical execution, providing strategic guidance to clients, and leading teams to deliver scalable, innovative solutions.

It also includes handling projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met, while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as business analysts, product managers, and designers for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Execution

• Lead complex projects across various technology stacks, including Frontend (React.js, Next.js, Angular, Vue.js), Backend (Node.js, Java, Python, .NET), AI/ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.), and Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, automation).
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and design across the full software development lifecycle.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and drive innovation across the team and projects.
• Review and maintain code quality, ensuring adherence to best practices, performance standards, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with other tech leads and architects to define technical roadmaps and solutions that align with client needs and business goals.

DevOps Practices & Automation

• Design, implement, and manage DevOps pipelines (CI/CD), ensuring smooth and automated

deployment processes for production and non-production environments.

• Leverage containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for scalable and efficient deployments.
• Integrate monitoring and logging systems to track the health and performance of applications and services.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and management to support high availability and disaster recovery.

Mentoring & Team Development

• Act as a mentor to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct technical training sessions, code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Empower teams by promoting best practices, agile methodologies, and ensuring that team

members are motivated and aligned with project goals.

Project & Client Handling

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and delivering

solutions that meet their needs.

• Oversee project planning, including timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and quality

assurance.

• Manage and communicate project progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment between client requirements and deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution, efficiency, and delivery timelines.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Foster a collaborative environment between cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, etc.) to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• Innovate solutions to optimize processes, improve product performance, and drive business value.
• Work closely with business leaders to align technology strategies with business goals.

Skills & Experience Required:

Technical Skills:

• Frontend: Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Next, Angular, Vue.js), HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Backend: Strong experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, etc.) and RESTful APIs.
• AI/ML: Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Cloud & DevOps: Deep understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience with DevOps practices like continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure automation using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, and Terraform.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and container

orchestration tools to support scalable and resilient systems.

• Databases: Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Version Control: Expertise with version control tools (Git, GitHub, GitLab, etc.).

Leadership & Mentoring:

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer with the ability to lead teams and mentor junior members.
• Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical, with the ability to interact

confidently with clients and stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for developing talent, sharing knowledge, and fostering a collaborative and productive team culture.

Project Management & Client Engagement:

• Solid understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong project management skills with experience in handling large-scale, complex projects.
• Ability to effectively manage client relationships, set expectations, and deliver solutions on time and within scope.
