Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Manage software product in

  maintenance mode

  , including CR handling, bug fixes, and patch releases.
• Lead and coordinate both

  development teams

  and

  support/implementation teams

  .
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of enhancements and support requests.
• Act as the bridge between

  customers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams

  .
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and team performance.
• Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
• Contribute to process improvement and ensure compliance with best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Preferred:

  B.E. / B.Tech

  (Computer Science, IT, or related field)
• Alternative:

  MCA

  or equivalent technical qualification

Experience

• 8–12 years

  total experience in IT/software
• Minimum

  3+ years

  managing software product teams in

  maintenance mode

  (CR handling, bug fixes, patch releases)
• Must have experience managing both

  development

  and

  support/implementation

  teams
• Mandatory into .

  Net, SQL server and IIS.
