Job Summary

.NET Technical Architect & Team Leader

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of .NET-based enterprise applications.
  
• Define and enforce architecture standards, coding best practices, and technical guidelines.
  
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable architectures.
  
• Drive end-to-end solution design including Microservices, REST APIs, performance tuning, and security practices.
  
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Conduct design/architecture reviews, code reviews, and provide corrective guidance.
  
• Oversee deployment, DevOps pipelines, CI/CD automation, and cloud migration strategies.
  
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks.
  
• Troubleshoot critical production issues and ensure system stability, scalability, and performance.
  
• Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation.
  

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in

  .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / C#

• Expertise in

  Microservices architecture & RESTful Web Services

• Cloud experience in

  Microsoft Azure (preferred) / AWS

• Strong understanding of

  SQL Server / PostgreSQL / NoSQL databases

• Hands-on experience with

  Entity Framework, Web API, LINQ

• Experience in

  containerization: Docker & Kubernetes

• Experience with

  Message Queue systems (Kafka / RabbitMQ / Service Bus)

• Solid understanding of

  Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and DDD

• Experience in

  CI/CD pipelines Azure DevOps / Jenkins / GitHub Actions

• Knowledge of

  Security standards, Authentication & Authorization (OAuth, JWT, SSO)

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and client interaction skills.
  
• Proven experience in agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
  
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.
  

Education

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  
• Relevant certifications (Azure Architect / .NET / TOGAF) will be a plus.
