Technical Lead

Role Overview: You will be leading and mentoring a talented team of installation technicians in the Currasso location of Thodupuzha. Your role will involve overseeing product design, development, and quality control processes, ensuring final measurement in a defined digital format, and conducting technical feasibility checks with 100% accuracy. Additionally, you will be responsible for installation and handover at the site, managing the installation team, conducting team reviews, managing day-to-day tasks, supervising operations, checking materials, and updating the head office on onsite materials and tools requirements. You will also be reporting site operations details to the management regularly, ensuring that site work is completed within the scheduled time. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency will be a key part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will provide technical guidance and support to the sales and marketing teams.
