Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Lead, located in Chennai. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of software and digital solutions, managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical guidance, leading design and code reviews, troubleshooting and debugging, and facilitating continuous improvement through AI and machine learning techniques.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in software development, experience with real-time high performance applications involving APIs, ORM, Dockers, in-memory storage and queue systems, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Overseeing project timelines and coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities, including troubleshooting and debugging
• Experience with design and code reviews, and ensuring high-quality product deliveries
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, and experience in the manufacturing industry
