Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Understand the technical architecture and ensure the architecture is followed right through the development process.
• Lead and mentor a team of software developers through design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Translate user requirements to high scalable solutions. Visit local customer sites as required.
• Ensure engineering rigor through test automation, code reviews, CI/CD processes.
• Develop critical modules as required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience and Agile methodologies.
• At least 3 years of experience in each of the following: Django/Python or .NET framework, IONIC-Angular/React/Flutter, RDBMS, and Microservices.
• 2 years of leading software development teams.
• 2 years of translating user requirements into high scalable solutions.
• Background or experience in the manufacturing sector a definite plus.
• Professional working competency in English. Knowledge of Hindi is an asset.
