Summary We are seeking an experienced client-facing Technical Lead with a strong understanding on architecture patterns, team mentorship, and deliver scalable software solutions to work out of our Chennai office. Responsibilities Understand the technical architecture and ensure the architecture is followed right through the development process. Lead and mentor a team of software developers through design, development, testing, and deployment. Translate user requirements to high scalable solutions. Visit local customer sites as required. Ensure engineering rigor through test automation, code reviews, CI/CD processes. Develop critical modules as required. Qualifications 6+ years of software development experience and Agile methodologies. At least 3 years of experience in each of the following: Django/Python or .NET framework, IONIC-Angular/React/Flutter, RDBMS, and Microservices. 2 years of leading software development teams. 2 years of translating user requirements into high scalable solutions. Background or experience in the manufacturing sector a definite plus. Professional working competency in English. Knowledge of Hindi is an asset.
