Technical L & D Specialist /Technical L&D Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical L & D Specialist /Technical L & D Manager to design, deliver, and manage training programs for our technical teams including developers, designers, and QA engineers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a knack for simplifying complex concepts for learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for new hires and existing employees.
• Develop learning materials, coding exercises, and documentation tailored to organisational needs.
• Conduct classroom and practical sessions on technologies such as PHP, ReactJS, WordPress, and Magento.
• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, assignments, and projects.
• Continuously update training modules to align with industry trends and company goals.
• Collaborate with technical leads and HR to identify skill gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Mentor and guide team members to ensure smooth onboarding and upskilling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 38 years of experience in software development or technical training.
• Proficiency in web technologies such as PHP, JavaScript, ReactJS, WordPress, or Magento.
• Strong presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms is a plus.
