Responsibilities

1.Develop and implement strategic plans for the construction vertical, aligning them with the overall goals and objectives of the Organization. This includes setting targets for growth, profitability, and market expansion.

2.Conceptualising and planning projects

3.Biding for tenders

4.Understanding government procedures

5. Dealing with consultants (design)

6.Dispute resolution with stakeholders

7. Directly oversee all aspects of construction operations, including project management, site operations, procurement, logistics, and quality control. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

8.Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting. Monitor project costs and profitability, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

9.Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects, including safety risks, regulatory compliance, environmental concerns, and financial risks. Implement strategies to minimize risk exposure and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

10. Develop relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to enhance Company's Project Execution Capabilities.

11. Stay abreast of advancements in construction technology and innovation, and evaluate their potential impact on the company's operations.
