Technical Lead, Generative AI Application Development (9-11 Yrs of experience)

Looking for a Technical Lead to guide a team building a new Generative AI application. This role along with being hand-on will provide technical leadership, define the solution architecture, and ensure the quality and scalability of our AI-driven products. You will work closely with product and research teams to deliver innovative and secure solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a cross-functional development team focused on building GenAI applications.
Architect and oversee the application, ensuring it adheres to best practices and standards.
Collaborate with the product manager to turn business requirements into technical solutions.
Drive the design, development, testing, and deployment of features and APIs.
Ensure the application is performant, secure, and scalable.
Stay current with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and development frameworks.

Key Qualifications

Proven experience as a technical lead in large-scale or AI-driven application development.
Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP frameworks like OpenAI and LangChain.
Hands-on experience with AWS and modern DevOps practices.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
