We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CCTV Technical Engineers to join in our team
The ideal candi will have a strong background in CCTV systems installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting This role requires excellent technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach

CCTV Technician Job for your Opportunity Technical Engineers cctv

Installation:

Installing CCTV systems, including cameras, cables, and other necessary equipment, at various locations as per client requirements

Maintenance

: Conducting regular maintenance checks on CCTV systems to ensure proper functioning This involve cleaning lenses, checking connections, and replacing faulty components

Troubleshooting

: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with CCTV systems, such as camera malfunctions, connectivity problems, or recording issues

Repairs

: Repairing or replacing faulty equipment or components, such as cameras, DVRs (Digital Video Recorders), NVRs (Network Video Recorders), or cables

Upgrades

: Upgrading CCTV systems with the latest technology or features to improve performance, security, or functionality

Testing

: Conducting tests on CCTV systems after installation or maintenance to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications

Documentation

: Maintaining accurate records of installation, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades performed on CCTV systems

Client Interaction

: Communicating with clients to understand their requirements, provide up on service activities, and address any concerns or queries they have

Training

: Providing training to clients or end-users on how to operate and maintain CCTV systems effectively

Compliance:

Ensuring that CCTV installations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines, such as data protection laws and industry best practices

Health and Safety

: Adhering to health and safety protocols while installing or servicing CCTV systems to prevent accidents or injuries

Team Collaboration

: Collaborating with other team members, such as project managers, technicians, or sales representatives, to coordinate service activities and deliver excellent customer service
