Field Service Engineer

As part of the Service team located in Delhi, you will be remotely managing the customer base in the region. Your role will involve handling daily service and support for existing customers, driving service revenue sales targets, and providing frontline support by resolving customer problems through technical expertise and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: - Attend breakdown calls in the region, raise requests for parts, and close transactions under Warranty or Chargeable basis. - Complete equipment installations on-site, perform preventive maintenance, and promote service contracts, consumables, and IT solutions. Additionally, conduct product demonstrations for customers and provide training. - Update service reports in CRM, identify potential parts and equipment requirements, and generate service leads for the sales team. - Prioritize workload, goals, and tasks in alignment with department objectives. Take direction from multiple sources, balance conflicting priorities effectively, and work well independently. Qualification Required: - Diploma or Engineering in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Bio-Medical is preferred. - Minimum of 3 years of field service experience.
