Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thrissur and Ernakulam for a Field Executive. Primary responsibilities include managing and maintaining IoT-based devices, conducting on-field inspections, data collection and reporting, and ensuring optimal functionality of Ingen's solutions. The Field Executive will act as a liaison between the company and clients, provide operational support, and address any technical or service-related concerns promptly. Qualifications Proficiency in troubleshooting, maintaining, and managing IoT-based devices and tools such as weather stations and sensors. Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills; ability to document and present findings effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively. Valid two wheeler driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territories. Technical background or education in ITI or a related field is preferred. Experience in agriculture or similar industries is advantageous. Ability to work independently, adapt to on-field challenges, and ensure adherence to company quality and safety standards. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset for resolving technical or operational issues. This role requires the candidate to have a two-wheeler for field work. The typical salary range is between ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications (SSLC/+2/ITI or Equivalent certification is a minimum requirement).
