Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide technical support to ground teams during the commissioning and testing of solar inverters and related equipment.
Monitor solar plant performance using SCADA systems and other monitoring portals to ensure optimal generation.
Analyze plant data to identify losses, inefficiencies, or anomalies and propose actionable solutions.
Prepare and present detailed monthly generation reports, comparing actual vs. expected performance and addressing deviations.
Offer remote troubleshooting guidance to on-site teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Collaborate with site engineers, project coordinators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain accurate records of plant performance and technical interventions using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools.

Preferred candidate profile

B.tech or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy Engineering (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of hands-on experience in solar power plant commissioning, operations, or maintenance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and SCADA systems; familiarity with ERP tools is a plus.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to coordinate with remote and on-site teams.
Knowledge of solar inverters, PV systems, and energy storage solutions is highly desirable.
