Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Technical Engineer in Digital Power with 7-8 years of experience in energy automation project execution, team leadership, and customer management, your responsibility will be to provide technical solutions, drive innovation, and plan execution strategies. You will lead EMCS Automation Engineers, manage automation activities for complex projects, and foster a culture of innovation within the team. Collaboration with major industry leaders in the Oil & Gas, Electro Intensive, Energies, Power & Grid, Micro-Grid, and Transport sectors is essential, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to develop product offerings and explore new solution options. Key Responsibilities: - Develop skills through new technologies - Analyze risks and opportunities during project specifications - Ensure compliance with project objectives and schedules - Plan team activities based on workload and solution complexity - Maintain technical quality for engineering documents - Act as a coordinator for complex projects - Drive continuous improvement - Lead subcontractors when applicable - Engage in ongoing enhancement of engineering competency and capacity Qualification Required: - Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Science, or Instrumentation Engineering - Possess strong industry knowledge - Demonstrate leadership and team-building skills - Exhibit excellent communication abilities Additional Details: This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, India, within the Regional Execution Platform.
