Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.
• Manage the sales pipeline – from lead generation to deal closure – with effective follow-ups.
• Prepare proposals with accurate costing and ensure quality submissions for bids.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.
• Present regular sales and marketing activity reports to senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to refine strategies.
