Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain

  comprehensive technical documentation

  in line with organizational standards.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of company products and services to produce

  accurate and engaging engineering documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to

  research, outline, write, and edit

  system design documents, process manuals, and flow diagrams.
• Gather inputs from

  subject-matter experts (SMEs)

  and develop technical specifications, procedure manuals, and process documentation.
• Create and maintain

  system architecture and information templates

  , ensuring consistency and compliance with documentation standards.
• Work with development and support teams to manage documentation repositories, perform reviews, and ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Design and refine

  visual content

  such as diagrams, flowcharts, and technical illustrations for improved user comprehension.
• Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3–5 years) as a

  Technical Documentation Engineer

  or in a similar technical writing role.
• Strong ability to

  understand complex systems

  (e.g., Turbine, UAV, or related technologies).
• Excellent command of

  written and verbal English

  with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office

  and

  technical documentation tools

  .
• Understanding of

  SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle)

  .
• Strong collaboration skills with engineers and designers to enhance document clarity and structure.
• Ability to manage

  multiple documentation streams

  across projects effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to

  Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electronics systems

  documentation.
• Experience with

  technical illustration tools

  and version control systems.
• Strong visual design sense for creating

  flow diagrams and system layouts
