About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Aeronautical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) graduate with a strong interest in technology and technical communication to join our Documentation Team as a Technical Documentation Engineer.

In this role, you will collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for embedded systems and electronic products supporting the defence and aerospace sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user manuals, technical datasheets, and installation guides for embedded and electronic systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand system functionality and configurations.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation tailored for various audiences.
• Ensure all documents comply with aerospace and defence standards (e.g., MIL-STD, ISO).
• Use version control systems to manage and track document revisions.
• Participate in document reviews and integrate feedback from engineering and QA teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Solid understanding of embedded systems, electronics, or computing concepts (academic or project-based knowledge accepted).
• Proficiency in MS Word and familiarity with Adobe tools (Acrobat, Illustrator, or FrameMaker).
• Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured documentation formats.
• Eagerness to learn industry-specific standards such as MIL-STD and ISO documentation practices.
