Job Description

Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) division

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of

    BESS projects

    from concept to commissioning.
  • Provide technical leadership on

    battery chemistries (e.g., Li-ion, LFP, solid-state, flow batteries)

    ,

    power electronics

    , and

    system integration

    with renewable energy and grid infrastructure.
  • Oversee

    project feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and system sizing

    .
  • Ensure compliance with

    industry standards, safety codes, and regulatory frameworks

    .
  • Collaborate with

    utilities, EPC contractors, and technology providers

    .
  • Develop strategies for

    O&M (operation & maintenance), performance optimization, and lifecycle management

    .
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians.
  • Stay ahead of

    emerging storage technologies, market trends, and policies

    to maintain competitive advantage.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

    Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related field

    .

  • 10+ years of experience

    in energy storage, renewable energy, or related power/utility sector, with at least

    5 years in a leadership role

    .
  • Proven track record in

    BESS system design, integration, and commissioning

    (utility-scale preferred).
  • Strong understanding of

    grid codes, safety standards, and energy markets

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    EMS (Energy Management Systems), SCADA, and controls

    .
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
