We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) division . The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical expertise in energy storage technologies, system integration, and project execution, along with leadership abilities to guide technical teams and drive innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of BESS projects from concept to commissioning. Provide technical leadership on battery chemistries (e.g., Li-ion, LFP, solid-state, flow batteries) , power electronics , and system integration with renewable energy and grid infrastructure. Oversee project feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and system sizing . Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety codes, and regulatory frameworks . Collaborate with utilities, EPC contractors, and technology providers . Develop strategies for O&M (operation & maintenance), performance optimization, and lifecycle management . Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians. Stay ahead of emerging storage technologies, market trends, and policies to maintain competitive advantage. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related field . 10+ years of experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or related power/utility sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role . Proven track record in BESS system design, integration, and commissioning (utility-scale preferred). Strong understanding of grid codes, safety standards, and energy markets . Hands-on experience with EMS (Energy Management Systems), SCADA, and controls . Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
