About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Head who will lead the end-to-end delivery of our fintech and payments technology initiatives. You will work closely with engineering, product, QA, DevOps, bank partners, and compliance teams to ensure seamless and timely execution.

This is a mission-critical leadership role for someone who understands the payment ecosystem deeply—UPI, PG/PA, Cards, Settlements, Reconciliation, Banking APIs, NPCI integrations, and compliance frameworks.

What You Will Lead

Full delivery lifecycle for fintech/payments products

Cross-functional teams: Engineering, QA, DevOps, Integrations

Bank, PSP, OEM, and third-party API integrations

On-time delivery of releases, sprints, and product milestones

Governance, risk handling, and stakeholder communication

 What You Bring

✔ Strong technical background (microservices, APIs, cloud – AWS/Azure)

✔ Deep understanding of payments: UPI, Cards, PG/PA, settlements, risk

✔ Hands-on experience working with banks, NPCI, PSPs, OEMs

✔ Proven team leadership and delivery management experience

✔ Strong communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills

 Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science

5+ years in fintech/payments domain (mandatory)

Experience managing engineering and delivery teams
