Technical Delivery Team Manager

As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications using a variety of technologies such as Angular, .NET/.NET Core, SQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch. Your main focus will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and of the highest quality. This role will require strong technical acumen, leadership in Agile environments, and expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams effectively. - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects using Angular for the frontend and .NET/.NET Core for the backend. - Manage both monolithic and microservices architectures to ensure scalability and performance. - Oversee database integration using SQL for relational databases, MongoDB for NoSQL databases, and implement search solutions with Elasticsearch. - Mentor developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and architects while fostering collaboration across distributed teams. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices in Angular, .NET Core, and database design. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating requirements into actionable tasks, and manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations. - Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices to optimize processes. - Proactively identify and mitigate risks such as database bottlenecks or technical challenges related to Elasticsearch optimization. - Ensure architectural alignment with microservices principles and guide performance tuning for SQL/MongoDB queries and Elasticsearch indexing. - Manage cloud infrastructure costs (AWS/Azure) and resource allocation effectively. - 12+ years of experience in software development/delivery, with at least 3 years as a Delivery/Technical Project Manager. - Hands-on experience with Angular, .NET Core, microservices, SQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch. - Proven track record in delivering both monolithic and microservices-based applications. - Expertise in Agile/Scrum, Jira, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps. - Strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS/Azure and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes. - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.,
