Technical Delivery Team Manager

You are seeking an experienced professional with deep expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and LLMs to lead end-to-end enterprise projects for Fortune 500 clients. As a key member of the GenAI delivery organization, you will own project execution from POC to full-scale implementation, managing diverse engineering teams and ensuring customer success. Responsibilities: - Lead GenAI/LLM client engagements independently, from requirements to delivery - Conduct business analysis, solution design, and workflow implementation - Drive engineering teams toward technical roadmap execution with timely delivery - Explore and apply new LLM research to deliver cutting-edge solutions - Manage stakeholder communication and foster long-term client relationships Required Skills: - 10+ years professional experience with 4+ years in AI/ML projects - 1+ years experience in LLMs & GenAI (RAG, prompt engineering, agents) - Proficiency in Langchain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex - Cloud expertise (AWS/GCP/Azure) - Agile methods & tools: Jira, Confluence,
