Technical Delivery Manager

ProArch is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Technical Delivery Manager to oversee the successful execution of client projects, primarily focusing on software development and cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technology and management, ensuring that all technical aspects of project delivery align with the client's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the technical delivery of projects, ensuring they meet both client requirements and internal quality standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of software developers, architects, and engineers, fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Act as the main point of contact for technical discussions with clients, providing clear communication on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers and product owners to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and budget management for technical aspects of projects.
• Lead technical reviews, code assessments, and solution designs to maintain high-quality product delivery.
• Implement best practices in agile methodologies within the technical delivery process to promote continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in technology, particularly in cloud services like Azure, to provide clients with innovative solutions.
• Facilitate team meetings, retrospectives, and project kick-offs, ensuring all stakeholder involvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in technical project delivery or team management roles.
• Strong experience in software development, particularly in .Net, Azure PaaS, or similar technologies.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with project management certifications (like PMP or Agile Certified Practitioner) being a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation for technical projects.
• Ability to mentor and support team members in their professional development.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
