Bachelors degree in civil or related disciplines, Mechanical, Architectural, Electrical; Instrumentation Engineering; Over eighteen (18) years of related experience; Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Skills Abilities Team builder, communicator, motivator, positive/professional leader, staff mentor/advocate; Capable of developing strong working relationships and partnerships with global stakeholders and other TSU groups; High level of operational and financial capabilities including the proactive delivery of Client; Revenues, Operating Income, and Profit. Preferred Qualifications: Prior leadership experience including managing large technical teams; Prior experience providing exemplary service to both our external and internal clients; Demonstrate a strong understanding of the business (eg, utilization, project profitabilityoverhead, staffing, etc); masters Degree; Relevant professional accreditation.
