About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Technical Delivery Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical understanding, and the ability to coordinate between teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver multiple technology projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, QA, etc.) to ensure smooth execution.
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and actionable plans.
• Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and delivery processes.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies with stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvements in delivery processes and team efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in IT project management, delivery management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile, Scrum, or Kanban).
• Hands-on experience in coordinating technical teams and managing stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical background (Engineering/Computer Science) preferred.
• Project management certifications (PMP, CSM, PRINCE2) would be a plus.
