Job Description:: Developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels to create awareness and interest in a company's products or services, ultimately generating qualified leads and driving sales growth by strategically targeting potential customers and nurturing them through the sales funnel; this often includes tasks like market research, content creation, lead nurturing, campaign management, and performance analysis, with a strong focus on aligning marketing efforts with sales goals. Key Responsibilities Strategy Development: Identifying target audiences, creating buyer personas, and designing comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with business objectives. Campaign Management: Developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media advertising, content marketing, webinars, events, and paid media. Lead Generation: Utilizing various tactics to attract potential customers and generate qualified leads through targeted outreach and content distribution. Lead Nurturing: Implementing lead nurturing programs to educate and engage prospects throughout the sales cycle, moving them closer to a purchase decision. Data Analysis and Reporting : Tracking campaign performance using key metrics like website traffic, lead conversion rates, and ROI to measure success and optimize strategies. Collaboration with Sales: Working closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff, provide necessary information about prospects, and align marketing efforts with sales priorities. Essential Skills for a Demand Generation role: Data Analysis: Ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies. Content Marketing: Understanding of content creation and distribution strategies to attract and engage potential customers. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Sales Alignment: Deep understanding of the sales process and the ability to align marketing efforts with sales goals. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to identify and qualify high-quality sales leads. Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Lead Square,HubSpot, or similar). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Prior experience in SaaS, AI, or technology sales is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B sales or enterprise sales. Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or NLP technologies. Previous experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
