Position Overview

Technical Content Writing Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Blog Posts & Articles

• Research and write in-depth blog posts on software development topics (e.g., programming languages, frameworks, DevOps practices, Industry 4.0 trends).

• Website & Landing Pages

• Collaborate with marketing to produce product overviews, feature pages, and case studies that highlight technical value.

• Social Media & Newsletters

• Develop tech-focused posts and email content that showcase our expertise and thought leadership.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with website team, designers, developers, QA engineers, and product managers to gather information, review drafts, and validate accuracy.

• Content Review & Maintenance

• Update existing documentation and marketing copy to reflect new features, best practices, and evolving industry standards.

• Technical Documentation & Guides

• Draft and maintain user manuals, API documentation, integration guides, and release notes.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or current student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Technical Communication, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with impeccable attention to detail.
• Familiarity with software development concepts and terminology (e.g., REST APIs, CI/CD, object-oriented programming).
• Hands-on exposure to at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) through coursework or projects.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and translate them into clear, concise copy.
