Position Overview

Seeking a motivated Sales Manager for the IT services sector. Responsibilities include managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and proficiency in technology tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research & Prospecting

• Identify and target potential clients, including companies from all domains in India & Europe
• Reach out via call, email, and WhatsApp to schedule meetings with top decision-makers.

• Client Meetings and Presentations

• Introduce Abhinav DCS, understand client challenges, and offer solutions.
• Present our solutions, emphasizing on value and benefits.

• Proposal Development

• Prepare compelling, tailored commercial proposals for each company

• Negotiation and Deal Closure

• Engage in effective negotiation for mutually beneficial partnerships.

Technical Skills

• Hubspot CRM
• Google Workspace
• Canva
• MS Office - Outlook, Excel

Soft Skills

• Fluent in English & Marathi

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
