Technical Content Writer

We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. You will join a team of talented tech writers who work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to make our products easier to use.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Research, write, and edit technical content including blogs, thought leadership articles, case studies, website copy, product documentation, solution briefs, and knowledge base articles.Collaborate with our technical team to create clear, informative, and technically accurate content.2. Stay up to date with industry trends, security threats, compliance regulations, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity.3. Develop SEO-optimized content that drives organic visibility and supports lead generation goals.Translate technical jargon into accessible language for a broader audience while maintaining technical accuracy.4. Proofread and fact-check technical documents for clarity, grammar, and consistency.5. Assist in developing content strategies and work closely with the marketing team to create impactful and aligned content across channels.

6. Develop and maintain technical documentation such as product manuals, installation guides, datasheets, white papers, and training materials.
7. Translate complex engineering concepts into easy-to-understand written and visual content.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in technical writing, preferably in the IT industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple writing projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with SEO, keyword research tools, and content optimization practices.
