Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer (2–3 years experience) who can create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized technical content. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT services, software development, and emerging technologies, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and user-friendly content for various digital platforms.


Responsibilities:

· Write clear, concise, and engaging content such as blogs, articles, website copy, product documentation, white papers, and case studies.

· Collaborate with developers, product teams, and marketing to gather information and develop technical content strategies.

· Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies for insightful content creation.

· Optimize content for SEO, ensuring high search engine rankings.

· Edit, proofread, and ensure content consistency in tone and style.

· Update and maintain existing content in line with product updates and market trends.

· Manage content calendars and meet publication deadlines.

· Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and technical accuracy.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

· Number of high-quality content pieces delivered per month (blogs, case studies, etc.).

· Website traffic growth through organic content.

· SEO ranking improvements for targeted keywords.

· Engagement metrics (average time on page, bounce rate).

· Timely delivery of content as per project deadlines.

· Content accuracy and minimal revisions post-review.

· Contribution to lead generation via content-driven campaigns.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.

· 2–3 years of proven experience as a Technical Content Writer.

· Strong understanding of IT services, software development, cloud, SaaS, APIs, or DevOps.

· Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

· Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics) and CMS platforms (WordPress/HubSpot).

· Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/Markdown (preferred).

· Solid understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.

· Strong portfolio of published technical content.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
