Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Write and edit product documentation, use cases, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and release notes
  • Create video-based help articles and training resources
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, and Operations teams to capture product details and explain features to different user groups
  • Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and user-focused

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of technical writing/editing experience (SaaS or startup preferred)
  • Strong ability to explain software features to both technical and non-technical users
  • Prior hands-on experience with SaaS tools, integrations, or productivity software
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with content platforms (Notion, Gitbook, Confluence)
  • Video creation or visual storytelling skills
  • SEO knowledge
