Technical Content Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Technical Content Developer to craft high-quality, engaging, and easy-to-understand content that bridges complex technical concepts with clear communication. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, product teams, and designers to produce impactful content that educates, informs, and inspires our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and maintain technical training materials.
• Create compelling presentations, case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and e-learning content that simplify complex concepts.
• Use visuals, diagrams, and storytelling techniques to enhance technical communication.
• Manage content lifecycle — from drafting, review, and publishing to updates and version control.
• Optimize content for multiple platforms (web, mobile, print, LMS, etc.).
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve content quality.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Communication, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, or content development.
• Strong command over written English with excellent editing and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Google Docs, Adobe Suite, Markdown, or similar documentation tools.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms, CMS, and authoring tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to understand technical subjects quickly and explain them in a simple, engaging way.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for clear communication.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
