Experience Required :5-8 years(Min Relevant exp required-5 years)

Seeking a Senior Varicent ICM Consultant with extensive experience in end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of Varicent Incentive Compensation Management solutions.
The role involves leading requirement workshops, architecting complex compensation models, managing ETL processes and data integration, and ensuring accuracy in reporting and analytics.
The consultant will mentor junior team members, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive best practices for performance, scalability, and governance.
Strong expertise in SQL, ETL, data modelling, reporting, and incentive plan design is essential.
Strong hands-on Varicent ICM (design, configuration, deployment)
Exposure to Simon AI
Solid compensation calculation design & debugging
Webforms design and migration
Varicent migration and Cals Input experience
Strong SQL/data modelling and integration skills
