Technical Consultant - D365 Finance & Operations

Workfall is a new-age premium talent tech platform, looking for skilled Technical Consultant - D365 Finance & Operations with over 3 years of experience to join our team for our client. As a Dynamics 365 Finance Module Expert, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, customization, and optimization of the Dynamics 365 Finance module. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end financial solutions, ensuring seamless integration with business processes. You'll apply your strong technical and financial expertise to design scalable, efficient workflows and reporting mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize D365 Finance & Operations solutions using X++ and .NET.
• Build, modify, and maintain RDLC reports as per business requirements.
• Convert functional requirements into detailed Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
• Integrate D365 F&O with external systems, including GST ROBO for E-Invoicing and E-Way Bill.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Use Lifecycle Services (LCS) for deployments, monitoring, environment management, and updates.
• Manage source control and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, TFS, or similar tools.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
• Participate in solution design discussions and technical decision-making.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years in D365 F&O or Dynamics AX with at least 2-3 full-cycle implementations.
• Education: B. Tech/ M. Tech, MCA, or equivalent in Computer Science or IT.
• Strong command of X++, OOP concepts, SQL Server, and RDLC.
• Preferably certified in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate), LCS, and BPM
• Good in Excel and Presentation.
