Technical Co-Founder (Full-Time | Tech + Operations) – ShefMate

We are building a platform that makes home-style food easily accessible while enabling home chefs to earn with dignity and flexibility.What We ExpectThis is not a side-project or consultancy role.We are looking for a full-time Co-Founder who can take ownership of both technology and operations in the early stages.Your Responsibilities🔹 Technology (Primary Role):Build & lead the entire tech platform – app, website, chef dashboard, customer interface.Develop and maintain the MVP from scratch (architecture, backend, UI/UX, deployment).Manage cloud, API integrations, payment systems, security & scalability.🔹 Operations & Execution (Early-Stage Involvement):Support daily business operations with the founding team (chef onboarding, customer feedback, testing process, order flow).Work on-ground when needed to understand real problems and convert them into tech solutions.Assist in building internal processes, databases, and automation systems.Help in vendor management, product testing, chef training process, and process improvements.🔹 Leadership & Strategy:Define product roadmap and future tech team structure.Take ownership, act like a founder — not just as a developer.Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and improvements in the platform.---Ideal CandidateStrong in full-stack development (React / Flutter / Node.js / Next.js / Firebase / MongoDB).Understanding of UI/UX, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and scalable systems.Ready to work in a startup-style environment: no fixed boundaries, high ownership, high learning.Comfortable balancing tech + operations + execution until a full team is built.Entrepreneurial mindset – prefers “building” over “just working.”What You’ll GetCo-Founder Title + Equity (No salary initially).Freedom to build and shape the core product.Hands-on role in transforming the home chef ecosystem.Opportunity to become CTO leading a full tech & operations team in future.Apply / Connect📩 Share your GitHub / LinkedIn / portfolio at: gtgauravkr@gmail.com or 6202372739💬 Or DM directly on LinkedIn.
