Job Description

Execute the procurement of goods & services while ensuring supplier compliance in a cost-effective, timely, and responsive manner.
Prepare and manage purchase orders, including vendor setup and contract negotiations.
Identify potential suppliers and new products, monitor project milestones, and conduct bid evaluations.
Recommend source selections, lead purchase order negotiations, and assist clients with purchase requisition contacts.
Utilize established policies, procedures, systems, and tools to assure maximum contribution through negotiation.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, management, clients, and support organizations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage post-award activities such as change orders, claims, PO closeout, and recording business value.
