Zywave is expanding its 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 (𝐆𝐂𝐂) in India and we’re looking for a 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭 to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a 𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥, 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫-𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞, bridging business needs with innovative technology solutions.

🔹 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨

Act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Drive integration discussions across Salesforce, ERP, Gainsight, APIs, and more.

Collaborate with US-based teams, working directly with Product Owners, Architects, and Developers.

🔹 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫

3–6 years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst in IT, SaaS, or Product organizations.

Strong technical understanding of APIs, SQL/Databases, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure), ERP, and Salesforce.

Excellent communication skills with proven customer-facing experience.

Ability to work CST time zone and manage multiple global priorities.
