Job Description

As a Technical Business Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless user experience by bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. Your self-motivation and ability to handle multiple projects will be key to making a meaningful impact on our team. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical and business requirements. - Plan and prioritize requirements for minimal viable releases and phased rollouts. - Identify technical and functional issues, escalating concerns to the development team promptly. - Analyze business opportunities, assessing technical feasibility and market prospects. - Design and document new features, focusing on technical implementation and business impact. - Support the development and integration of new features, ensuring smooth implementation. - Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, translating needs into actionable tasks. - Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of new system functionality. - Monitor milestones to ensure timely delivery of technical deliverables. **Skills Required:** - Strong experience in requirement gathering, scope definition, and project estimation with a technical focus. - Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proficient in stakeholder management, change management, and client interactions, with a strong ability to negotiate technical solutions. - Advanced technical documentation skills, including process modeling and system design documentation. - Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum practices. - Technical proficiency in analyzing APIs, system integrations, and software architecture. - Hands-on experience with project management tools and collaboration platforms. - Capable of performing functional testing and contributing to quality assurance processes. - Proven ability to monitor team performance, manage KPIs, and contribute to team and company growth. - Proficiency in identifying process improvements and technical solutions for efficiency. - Skilled in managing internal and external counterparts, bridging technical and business perspectives. - Adaptive to evolving requirements and dynamic environments. - Fluent in verbal and written English communication. - Positive, hardworking, determined, and eager to learn and grow in a technical environment.
