Technical Business Analyst

As a part of a team of developers, you will deliver the technology stack, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand the business requirements and deliver quality solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work on Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or any other Agile framework. Contribute strongly to all agile ceremonies (planning/stand-ups/retro etc.) - Work on any Banking domain - Work closely with Product Owner. Analyze the requirement, communicate and validate features for new functionality/existing systems. Serve as the SME for functional domain knowledge, Analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications - Understand Software applications, System Architecture, Data Mapping, and Databases - Map the existing source data elements to the new proposed target solution. Understand JSON, XML formats. - Conduct data analysis, identifying/documenting gaps in terms of data quality. Knowledge in MS SQL for data analysis. - Excellent communication skills - Work on Realtime and UI specific Requirement **Qualifications Required:** - Working experience with Agile methodologies - Working experience in the Banking domain - Experience with Product Owners and analyzing requirements - Understanding of Software applications, System Architecture, Data Mapping, and Databases - Data analysis skills and knowledge in MS SQL - Excellent communication skills - Realtime and UI specific Requirement experience - Fincrime Domain knowledge is a plus - Knowledge and understanding of Visualization tools like SQL/Tableau/Power BI, etc. - Experience in programming languages like Python, UNIX Scripting, Java/Javascript - Ability to design and implement Data Modeling - Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud This role is based out of Pune.
