Position Overview

We are seeking Assistant Managers – Technical to lead and manage installation, service, and maintenance operations for Nibav home lifts and Elite Elevators across key metro and regional locations. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, people management capability, and a strong focus on project execution and customer satisfaction.

This is a frontline leadership role responsible for managing multiple projects, large technical teams (25–50 members), and ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in every installation and service activity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage field operations for lift installation, commissioning, service, and maintenance.
• Handle a team of 25–50 technicians and engineers across multiple active projects.
• Ensure projects are executed as per timelines, safety protocols, and technical standards.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure installation/service targets are achieved.
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service delivery and timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Project Management, R&D, and Supply Chain for smooth execution.
• Review site readiness, allocate manpower, and track project progress through regular reporting.
• Optimize resource utilization and control costs without compromising quality.
• Conduct on-site inspections, safety checks, and performance evaluations.
• Act as the technical escalation point for site issues and customer concerns.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in installation and maintenance of lifts, elevators, or cranes.
• Proven ability to manage field teams and multiple project sites simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and safety systems related to lifts/elevators.
• Excellent team leadership, customer handling, and project management skills.
• Proactive, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Willingness to travel as per project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
