Technical Assistant Manager

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for developing leading, differentiated, and technologically sophisticated metalworking fluids for the global market in alignment with the company's growth objectives. Your prior experience in formulating metalworking fluids will be essential for success in this position. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a good knowledge of all relevant test methods for metalworking fluids. - Developing new customer relationships, executing projects, documenting progress, and reporting findings to the Principle. - Providing technical service to customers by offering application knowledge, conducting trials, and handling complaints effectively. - Compiling and organizing reports to track new product development, competitor sample analyses, field sample reports, and related documents. - Formulating products according to customer requirements in the laboratory or application lab. In terms of qualifications, you should meet the following criteria: - Education level: BE Chemical or B Tech/MSc. - Experience: 3+ years with a strong awareness of metalworking fluids and lubricants. - Exposure to industrial lubricants (MWF) will be an added advantage.
